.STUDIO Web Design
A ground-up redesign of a SaaS site, with a pricing calculator, AEO-optimised content, and enough animations to make the page feel alive. Live at dotstudio.design

Overview
.STUDIO is a project management and FF&E specification platform for interior design studios, built by Love That Design. The existing site was outdated and thin on detail. I came in as the sole designer and rebuilt it almost entirely from scratch in Framer - homepage, all feature sub-pages, pricing, blog, about, customer stories, a dedicated event page, and a fun 404.
Context
Two things were flagged at the start: the pricing page needed a calculator (the product is licensed per user, and studios need to work out costs before committing), and the blog needed to actually be readable.
The old site gave visitors no reason to stay. No personality, no sense of what the product does or who it's for. The audience is studio principals and senior designers - people who care about craft and have zero patience for generic B2B copy.
My Role
Built a pricing calculator that adjusts in real time based on the number of core, basic, and vendor user licenses — the main thing prospects needed before booking a demo
Designed the blog for readability: clear type hierarchy, category filtering, estimated read times, and a layout that doesn't fight the content
Built the Inside .STUDIO page — a dedicated signup for the recurring event series, separate from the main product funnel
Designed and added micro-interactions and scroll animations throughout to give the site energy without slowing it down
Added a separate scaling breakpoint for extra-large screens so the layout doesn't fall apart on wide monitors
Structured all page copy and layout with AEO in mind, so the site surfaces in AI-generated answers, not just traditional search results
Built a 404 page that's actually fun
Built a new design system from scratch covering color tokens for both themes, typography, button states, form elements, cards, navigation, modals, dashboard components, and article patterns
Fixed inconsistent card image scaling across the platform by switching to auto height, so every image sits properly regardless of aspect ratio
